Shipping & Return Policy

At Wishmaster, we specialize in high-quality electronic appliances designed to make your life easier. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth delivery and return process for every order across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please review our shipment and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipment Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • All deliveries are handled exclusively by our trusted logistics partner, Ajex Courier. The shipment status can be tracked on the orders dashboard on the Wishmaster website.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping (ongoing offer): Orders with a subtotal of AED 100 or more qualify for free delivery.
  • Note: If a return/refund is requested, the original shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery within 1–4 business days for most locations.
  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas are scheduled once or twice per week only, depending on location (see list below).
  • Delivery time may vary during public holidays, weather disruptions, or high-demand periods.

4. Remote Area Deliveries

Certain areas are serviced only on specific days of the week due to courier scheduling. Orders placed for these areas will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be charged an additional re-delivery fee.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wishmaster, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, cancellation, or refund under the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled directly via the Orders page in the Profile section of our website when confirmed.
  • If the product is cancelled before dispatch/delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, as per the company's discretion.
  • Once the product is delivered to the customer, refunds will only be processed after inspection, and a percentage will be refunded as determined by the company.

2. Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return/refund.
  • Products can be returned directly via the Orders page in the Profile section of our website. We will arrange for the courier partner to pick up the product from the destination it was delivered.

3. Eligible Products

Returns are only accepted for electronic appliances sold on the Wishmaster website.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal hygiene-related appliances (e.g., shavers, trimmers, etc.).
  • Any items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Condition of Returned Products

The product must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • With all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
  • Returns will be inspected upon arrival.
  • The refund percentage will be based on the condition of the returned item and packaging. Wishmaster reserves the right to approve or reject any return.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof must be provided for verification upon request.
  • Upon approval, a replacement or refund may be offered, depending on the company's discretion.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Important Note

  • Wishmaster reserves the right to change this policy at any time at its sole discretion.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with the latest version of this policy.
  • It is important to note that the electrical specifications of each product are according to the guidelines published by the UAE authorities. Any damage caused by usage of the product outside of such specifications shall not be considered for any refund.
  • Please be aware that Wishmaster complies with UAE laws and does not offer services or products to countries under OFAC sanctions.
